  • This challenge really taught me that I can make it through 4 weeks of just trying. I did get COVID week 3 and had to do workouts from home with no equipment but your at home workouts helped me improvise. My body did get fatigued but I still tried and really amazed at how my body pushed itself. I struggle mostly with my diet as my two jobs keep me up but I followed you on snap and you gave me some great ideas on how to cook!! I will continue to do your other workouts. I want to thank you for the inspiration

  • This was such a great challenge. It was the first one I’ve ever fully completed, normally I drop out at about the 4 week mark. I know that I’m physically stronger, and I can lift more than I could at the beginning of the challenge. In my arms in particular I can feel actual muscle under the fat and they don’t flap as much as they did before so that’s progress to me! Thank you for making such a great challenge with workouts that

    allowed me to consistently see my growth and create a routine for myself that I will continue after the challenge.

  • If I’m being completely honest. I’ve done allot of intense workouts. This one was so easy to understand and very challenging. I'm Alice, and this is what I’ve been up to

I am PUMPED that you’re here. My name is Alice and I began training 5 years ago while I was a student in college. I was figuring out A LOT, but still trying to focus on my newbie gains (lol). I was working toward two degrees, juggling jobs, and quickly gaining traction online with my social media presence. Working out can be overwhelming, especially in the public eye! However, a diamond is a chunk of coal that did well under pressure, or whatever that saying is. As my online presence kept growing, so did my desire to grow and develop myself in the fitness industry. In 2017, I received my personal training certification, and now I have a prospering online community of people who are looking to better themselves in the same way I try to. I honestly still feel like just your average Joe, trying to figure out life, but I’m sharing my best ways to help you figure it out as well! I will share it all with you. My goal is to be here for you and help you in your own journey.
